Rental Application Information

Thank you for your interest in one of our rental properties. We are pleased to guide you through the application process.

How to Apply

Option 1: Apply In Person
Visit our office to check out a key and view the property. If you decide it's the right fit, you may pick up and complete an application in person.

Option 2: Apply Online
Locate the property listing on our website under current rentals and submit your application directly online.

Application Requirements

Application Fee: $35 per adult applicant (non-refundable).

Separate Applications: Each adult (18 years or older) who intends to live in the home must submit their own application and will be required to be listed on the lease.

Background and Credit Check: A background and credit screening will be conducted for all applicants.

Income Verification: Applications cannot be processed without proof of verifiable income. Applicants must provide documentation for the most recent month of income (such as pay stubs, employment verification, or bank statements).

Unacceptable Income Sources: Please note that EBT benefits, promised employment, or anticipated future pay are not accepted as qualifying income.
